Justin Loucks, Principal of SEK Cybersecurity LLC

Justin is a cybersecurity leader with 18+ years of experience across cloud security, risk management, auditing, and federal service. His background includes leading cybersecurity programs supporting FedRAMP, RMF, CMMC, and ISO 27001 requirements across Department of War and public-sector environments. He has extensive experience securing AWS and Azure environments from IL-2 through IL-6 and supporting full-lifecycle authorization efforts for SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS platforms.

Justin has led multidisciplinary cybersecurity teams while providing strategic oversight, policy and procedure development, internal auditing, mentoring, and compliance program leadership. His experience includes securing multi-cloud environments, supporting secure software assurance, coordinating with 3PAOs and Security Control Assessors, and successfully guiding multiple DoW systems through Authority to Operate and broader authorization processes.

Before entering the private sector, Justin served more than 13 years in the United States Marine Corps, where he held senior leadership roles supporting complex operational, security, and technology initiatives.
